We have different model of racking to accommodate various type of parts to be hang, depending on the customer needs we can mask surface, protect threaded holes, and prepare surface for the next step.

Our standard pre treatment process consist of cleaning parts surfaces of any residue or susbstance that could impact the finish, then we clean them with an industrial degreaser from BASF, rince them off completely before applying a zirconium type pretreatment and going into the oven to complete the dry-in place procedure

Following our client request we do any type of color up to tri-coat application in one of our powdercoating cabin and then cure them off in our GFS powdercoating oven.
